Asbestos-Free Assets

We are leading the transition to asbestos-free industrial assets.

ASBEX is a platform specializing in comprehensive regulatory compliance management for the identification and removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). We operate at the intersection of European regulations (Directive 2023/2668) and industrial operational efficiency.

Our proposal is based on strategic neutrality: we are not simply contractors for material removal. We are the technical partner that ensures traceability, legal certainty, and financial optimization for every project.

What defines us:

Documentary rigor: We turn technical uncertainty into audit-quality closing documents.

Legal certainty: We protect the long-term liability of asset owners through standardized and auditable processes.

Administrative efficiency: We facilitate modernization projects, transactions, and licensing by optimizing work plans and grants.

At ASBEX, we don't simply manage waste: we eliminate a structural risk to ensure the continuity and value of your property.

Our Technology

ASBEX combines regulatory consulting with its own digital tools. We integrate geospatial mapping of industrial roofing with official data from the ICGC to expedite the identification phase, and we certify each closed case using the Digital Asbestos Passport, an immutable record based on blockchain technology that protects the asset owner’s liability indefinitely.

For the physical work, we work exclusively with contractors registered with the RERA (Asbestos Risk Registry), who are selected through a transparent process and have no commercial ties that could compromise our independence.

Our Scope of Operations

Catalonia is our natural market and where we focus the bulk of our activity, given the region’s industrial density and the pioneering regulatory framework of the Plan for the Eradication of Asbestos. From there, we also serve Aragon, the neighboring region with the highest equivalent industrial demand, and handle requests for asbestos identification and regulatory management throughout the rest of Spain.

Our roadmap calls for expanding our operations to Portugal, following the same regulatory approach we already apply in the Catalan market.
